Have input the correct account name, number and area reference all from emails received from Virgin and it still says the details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again.
Ive had my TV and Internet for around a month now.
Tried to register on various internet browsers and still not working.

I have the same problem, since first ordering from virgin!!!!!!
Cannot register or login because i apparently do not exist... used correct account number, surname, area code and all does not work.
tried different browsers, different devices, different wifis and even using mobile data!!
Cannot unblock sites, view my bills, check for deadspots or do anything but just see this error.
cannot disable websafe either
if i try register i get:
The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again.
if i try log in i get:
We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again.
i have the same issue
Turns out the reason was because the surname they had on file for me was incorrect and i have asked them to update it. Should work in morning ive been told. Maybe you should try that too. not sure if ive entered my details wrong or they saved it wrong but either way I’ll update in the morning to let you know.
