Cant register account

Don't know if this is the right area, sorry if so.

I have set up a direct debit, have confirmation emails and have working Internet  but when I try to register my account online it just keeps saying "sorry to see you go" as if I am closing my account 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for you post and welcome to our community.

 

If you have had an account with us before, please ensure that you are using an email address and password that has never been used before when registering. 

 

This should resolve this for you 🙂
