I have been trying for 3 days now to create my virgin account and am still not able to do so. The error that I receive after entering my details are as follows:
"Your My Virgin Media account
We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.
Please come back and try again later"
At this point I imagine it is not a short term crash/technical problem and am hoping that this gets sorted asap

I do apologise for the error message you're receiving whilst trying to register your My VM Account. We are aware of this current fault and are working to get this fixed ASAP.
