I'm unable to register to create and access an account. The issue is when trying to create a password. "You cannot use that password"

I'm really sorry to hear you're facing some issues creating a My Virgin Media online account. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Can you also confirm what device and browser you're using, please?

Tried the cookies etc. Tried on an android phone, a 12th gen i7 laptop, a ryzen 5 laptop and a i9 desktop. Same resuIt. I was a previous customer so my email was linked to that but I've changed that account to another email
