I have recently resigned with Virgin for the broadband. However I am not seeing my new account details in the Virgin app. For some odd reason its still displaying an old account that was shut down couple of months ago. I called the CS but they weren't helpful and insisted on waiting 48 hours but I've never had to wait that long to check my account. Can someone please help so I can check everything is in order.

Can someone help? Its been 48 hours and still I cannot see my new account in the app. Getting frustrated with the lack of help from CS and forum 😞
