hey there i cant tell if this email is real or fake its from & its to my mum (im her carer/son so trying to sort this) & just wanna know if its real or fake cause im quite convinced & at the discount mum would be intrested

There have been a few of posts about this 'offer'. Here is a recent example
Some report the link is broken, some report the link generates an 'offer' price that is more than the customer currently pays, some have reported processing a deal which VM then refused to honour.

I can confirm this is a legitimate offer, however we're aware that the email link to the offer may not be working, this is something we're investigating.

If she wishes to accept on the offer, she should be able to click on the button that invites her to claim the offers.
We are aware however of some issues with the link accepting the offer, if this is the case for her we are working to resolve this ASAP.
