Whenever I try to sign in to My Virgin Media from any of the links on Virginmedia.com it does not recognise my credentials
however on the phone and chat my credentials are recognised,
if I go to Forgot my username it shows me the username I am using
if I go to forgot my password, I go through the steps to change the password then it goes back to the start of changing my password (put in username to change password)

Have you registered for an online account in the past? If you did, you would have set up a password which is separate to the one we ask for when you get in touch.
