i have tried several times to create my account but every time i choose a password it says i can nit choose this password . I have seen same post here please let me know how to go forward. Thankyou

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're unable to register for an account online.
We are aware that some people are having an issue with this and there are a few things I need to check with you.
Can you please ensure you are following ALL of the below criteria when choosing a password?
• Between 8-10 characters.
• Must start with a letter.
• Contain at least one number.
• No special characters.
If you are 100% sure that the above requirements are all being met, can we ask you to try some different password variations? This is because we've had reports of customers being able to proceed when doing this and it's mainly because some choices are too guessable to be allowed.
Can we also ask you to try registering through the Virgin Media app or through another web browser to see if this helps?
If this does not work, come back to us. We will then be able to raise this with our IT teams to manually create the ID for you.

hi i have tried all different combinations and different styles I can think of , its not working , can I please also request en email address to request some help as my previous is charging me for terminating my contract and going for virgin media . I want to request if I can get my first monthly payment back as rebate .

With regards to an email address, we do not provide direct email addresses unfortunately. What information do you need to claim your money back from your previous provider?

Hi,
I want to request virgin to help as my previous provider is charging me account termination fees. I wanted to know if virgin media helps with some rebates or cashback for new customers opting for them to help pay account termination fees to their previous provider . Please let me know. Secondly my account only started at 16th and I will be billed on 24 for the whole month but I dont understand if its not over month how can I be charged for full month already,

Hi my connection only started on 17 of June I have my first bill coming on 24 of June I already another bill from my previous connections.I changed my connection for lower bills but my bills are way too much just for getting connection with virgin. Please look into this.

You get your first bill created within the first 10 days of joining so that's perfectly normal 🙂
