Cannot view bills online

Hi,

I can login to my VirginMedia account online, but every time I tried to view my bills, it crashed. I tried changing the browser, using a different computer/laptop, using the Mobile App, and nothing works -- there is no way for me to just view and pay my bills.

Is there any way to solve this issue? Many thanks.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues viewing your bills. Can you confirm when signing in if you have trouble viewing another other aspect of your online account?

Thanks for the reply. I can view other aspects of my account. The only thing I cannot do is to view my bills and make payments.
