Cannot update contact details

Please can someone help me, I am unable to change my contact details I have tried different browsers I've even tried a different computer but when I tried to change my phone number and save it it just says unable to save it and to try again.

Hi. First time post here. I've tried to update my contact number on line using different browsers etc to no avail. I rang 150 this morning to be told it would be a one off £25 charge to change my contact number. This can't be correct surely?
