Cannot set up account, no emails

Hi, 

I have been trying to set up my account but I have no emails with any information on to register with and no bill sent to any emails. We have set up the wifi and have had it for about a month. I have had a first payment taken out, but no other information.

If somebody could get into contact, and help me sort it out that would be great thank you!

I have checked the post and email and I cannot find the account number (9 number code) or the area reference.

Is there some other way I can access it?
