Cannot see upcoming bills after moving home

Hi VM team,

I had moved home three months ago, and the VM Team had helped with the moving and setting up the Fibre Network in the new place! Although, looking at my account, I still have my old information and settings from previous home. I am unable to see upcoming bills (I can only see the last bill paid before I moved) or change the security settings. I am still correctly billed monthly however.

I think VM has not updated my account after I moved. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hey Benjamin_Ef, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear about this.

When you move house you would need to set an new online account up with your new details, if you wanted to use the same email address we may we need to raise an IT ticket for you to swap this over which can normally take 5 working days sometimes a little longer.

If you wanted to use a fresh email it would be instantly, let us know. Cheers
