Tried to register a new account and it said my email was already set up with one? It isn't as far as I am aware.
Then to try and login to the account that is "already made" I reset the password but the link to reset it expires immediately. i am mew customer and want to change settings and check bills etc.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
