Cannot register for online account

Recently had virgin installed, trying to register for an online account for watching on iPad etc but I cannot seem to complete the registration process.  I have previously been a customer of Virgin and my email address is still the same as when I was a customer a few years back.  I wonder if this is causing issues when reregistering? When I try to register I get an error message stating that username (email) is already in use however when I try to log on and use the “forgot password” link and enter my email address I get the “we cannot find your username” message.  Please help

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear of the registration issue.

 

If you've been with us before on a separate account and used your email to log in on that account's online account, we can do a Move and Transfer for you,
