Cannot register for online account after house move

I used the 'take us with you' route to move my virgin broadband to my new address. The service was disconnected on our move date and I was provided with a new account number and area code by email, with a note to register my account to track my order. 

However, I can't register as my email/username for log-in is 'not available', due to it still being registered with the old account (which I can still access but which states "You're not with Virgin Media anymore."

How do I fix this so I can access my new account online?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! I hope everything went well on moving day.

 

This can be something that we can fix our end. It's just a matter of us merging both accounts and transferring any online accounts/emails over to match with your new account number.

 

I'll pop you over a PM so I can pass security and look into this for you from there
