Cannot register for online account after house move
I used the 'take us with you' route to move my virgin broadband to my new address. The service was disconnected on our move date and I was provided with a new account number and area code by email, with a note to register my account to track my order.
However, I can't register as my email/username for log-in is 'not available', due to it still being registered with the old account (which I can still access but which states "You're not with Virgin Media anymore."
How do I fix this so I can access my new account online?
