Cannot register for VM account

Hi,

Whenever I try and register my virgin media account to go in and view my bills I get the message

You can't use that password. Please choose another.

I have tried multiple passwords of different lengths and symbol/number combinations and it never seems to work.

Would someone be able to help me with this.
