I've been notified by email that my new VM account has been produced but I assume you've had some sort of upgrade because I cannot see it so that I can print it off. When I click on the relevant button, all I get is a blank white screen.
Is this because the IE on my work PC is IE11?

I've had a look on Chrome and when I go to download PDF and click the print button it works?
Can you try on another browser at all?

I think we've got to the bottom of it between us.
All I get at work on IE11 is a blank white screen although all works fine in Chrome on a laptop at home. However, not working in Chrome on my phone.
Seems I'll have to download it at-home in future and send it to work for printing. Not really the answer I was hoping for, but a work around at least.
