Cannot login to My Virgin Media

Been a virgin media account holder for years. Never had a problem signing in.

Suddenly, today, cannot login. Constant cycle between new barbie themed landing page and login screen asking for email never asks for password, just back to landing page with the following url:

https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home?error_description=Unexpected%20Runtime%20Authn%20Ad...

Useless!
