Cannot get into myvirginmedia

My email address has been connected to 2 account numbers. I ordered a bundle and it was never processed by virgin media so when I called they had to do it all again over the phone. This has caused my acocunt to be attached to 2 different account numbers - only one of which is correct. As of today I cannot access my account at all, and cannot log in anywhere. IT said they deleted my email so I re-registered today and low and behold it has linked to the wrong account number again. Spent an hour and a half on the phone to virgin, 5 different  people and still no help at all - im losing my mind!!!
