If there is already an active account at the address, this would need to be closed before we could set up a new account in your name.
We do have process for this referred to as our 'gone away' process.
I would recommend calling our sales team please.
They can then advise on where this is at/start the process of getting that account closed and assist with getting you installed with you own account.
