Cannot get account number

Hi ,i ordered broadband on 12th february. I have got preorder documents already. But i m still waiting for kit and broadband service. Delivery date was the 15th february. There is an issue: there is already virgin media kit and active broadband from the previous tenant in my new house. I think it should be disconnected and activated for my name. Can i use the present broadband? How long should i wait ? I called ur call center and but it was ineffective. Could you please help me? thanks

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

 

If there is already an active account at the address, this would need to be closed before we could set up a new account in your name.

 

We do have  process for this referred to as our 'gone away' process. 

 

I would recommend calling our sales team please.

 

They can then advise on where this is at/start the process of getting that account closed and assist with getting you installed with you own account.
