I've had Virgin broadband for 3 months now and it works fine. But I can't create an account to access services, billing etc. When I go through the process it fails at the last hurdle stating not available at this time.
If I try to do a password reset thinking it may already have done it it also fails with username not recognised or page not found. Help!
