Cannot create a my virgin media account

I've had Virgin broadband for 3 months now and it works fine. But I can't create an account to access services, billing etc. When I go through the process it fails at the last hurdle stating not available at this time.

If I try to do a password reset thinking it may already have done it it also fails with username not recognised or page not found. Help!

Hello rgosler 

I have raised this issue wit our IT Department 

It can take around 5-7 days 

What I have done is kept hold of your account details and as soon as I get an update I will drop you a private message

I spoke to someone on the phone a week ago and they promised to get back to me within 3 days. I sincerely hope to hear from your dept within the timeframe you've cited.
