Hi there, I've not been able to get an online account setup for some time.
Tested Chrome/Edge/IE, multiple devices and connections.
From what I've found on the forums I need a staff member to add my account on the internal systems.
Please can someone take a look

I am really sorry to see you're having some problems setting up your online account.
We can certainly take a look at our end, but first can you confirm whether you've moved home recently? If you have do you still have access to your previous online account?

I haven't moved house, same account and address for the past 2 years.

Issue resolved by Paul_DN - account created and tested
This isn't something we can do, I would advise keeping as you never know when you may need us again.
