The contact number in my account details is incorrect but when I change it on the website it just says it can’t make the change and doesn’t offer any other option.
Any idea how this can be done?

Hi @Mike_67 thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here regarding your contact details failing to update.
Obscuring any personal info (such as your phone number for example), do you have a screenshot of what's not permitting you to do this?
Are you able to try the App if you're on the browser and vice-versa if it's the other way around please?
