Cannot cancel contract

Been trying to cancel my contract for weeks at this point.

Calling the number 03454541111 directs me to the website but the website directs me back to the same phone number, making it impossible to make contact.

Also tried messaging 07533051809, but was not given a chance to cancel my contract yet again.

Not sure what to do at this point

You can write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.

You could try the text messaging service again. Just send  a text with a description of cancellation  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also calling again -  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees
