Cannot access my Virgin Media account

I am unable to access my Virgin Media account. Tried via Apple IOS Safari and Google Chrome browsers. User name and password are correct, after entering these the screen either goes blank and eventually gives a time out message or comes up with Welcome + my name and then nothing happens. Tried to access yesterday and today with no joy.
