Cannot access my account as forgot password, typed in security answer and came up as invalid,Then typed in account code,area code,date of bill and amount only to be told to enter correct details.
This is not the first time this has prevented me from getting to my account and is now stopping me from working as cannot get emails from main address.
Please can some one help
