Cancelling

Need to contact virgin as we will have to cancel our service, we've lost our long customer discount. Can't get hold of anyone on the phone, we don't have virgin landline and waiting time would cost a fortune. Tried online, only takes you to upgrades, tried their text service, all we got was a virtual assistant!!!! I really don't know what else we can do except cancel the direct debit.

Call at 8am, people are reporting getting through quite quickly.

Whatever you do, do not cancel your direct debit. This will only lead to debt, debt collectors and a damaged credit rating.
