Cancelling

Hello  

Ive changed my mind about having a service from virgin. Im supposed to be connected in February .How do i cancel?

How was your cancellation experience. For me its been a nightmare. VM do not send a cancellation confirmation email. I checked my Spam and then was told to check after two hours. Still nothing. No message either when i login to my account. So unsure if service has been cancelled...
