Cancelling services

Can anyone please help me as it’s getting really frustrating now. My contract ended November last year and I’m trying to cancel it but I’m receiving bills each month and my services are disconnected but still ask me to make payment to cancel and when I do they run again and same story I can’t cancel it! Staff is rude and not helpful. I’m paying over £100 per month for something I don’t use at all and getting into financial difficulties. I’m single mum with 2 kids and it’s just making me feel depressed. I asked today to cancel my services again and send me final bill that I will pay at the end of this month and again customer service person said I need to pay and then call. I just fed up. Don’t know how to cancel it.
