Who do I contact to cancel my services. I've been on live chat with Billing who then said they were transferring me to Relations. I held on for 2 and a half hours for someone to come back to me from that department and no-one did. I had to get on with my life at that point.
I then filled in and submitted a complaints form with all the details. That was a week ago - nothing!
All I want to do is cancel my too expensive account!
Can anyone please help? I've tried all the suggestions on the website.
Not a new account - I've been with Virgin for 6 years!
