Does any one know if Virgin have an email address to notify them to cancel my broadband service. Their contact pages are full of advise that their call centres are extremely busy due to Covid19 and suggest that you don't ring unless it's urgent, but I can't see an email address anywhere to use as an alternative method of communication.
I need to give Virgin the required 30 day notice to cancel my contract (as I'm currently out of the country and can't get back in!!), and, because I'm overseas I don't want to ring them, especially if I might be on hold for a long while.
With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum, they dont have an email address for support fir security reasons.
Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
