Cancelling process

After some very hefty price increases and no offer anywhere near what I'm currently paying I called to cancel my packages on Wednesday.

I expected to get an email confirming the cancellation but haven't received anything and can't see anywhere on my account where it is showing the cancellation.

I did try to confirm on the online chat but it told me that the wait was well over an hour so that was useless.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can check that it has been cancelled without wasting more time on the phone? I obviously don't want to be paying the very expensive package that I've been moved to.

Sorry to hear that no confirmation has been made available.

We would advise that we don't offer confirmation to customers on the cancellation of the account.

However, if you check out the envelope in the top right hand corner, we can discuss this further in a private arena and confirm if the cancellation has been issued to your account, and when this is due to complete
