My virgin media 12 month introductory contract is due to finish on 2nd April 2021. I have decided not to carry on with VM as we have had a terrible experience with them. When is the first date I can contact them to cancel my contract to avoid any further charges after my 12 months minimum contract. I have heard i have to wait until exactly 30 days prior to end date and others say I can end and give them a future end date to avoid additional costs. I just need clarification.
