Trying to cancel my contract that expires Tuesday but auto renews at double the price. Customer services just keep pinballing me through the various departments although I've chosen the option to cancel the contract initially. Disgusting tactics to make life harder to customers that want to leave.
Having to give 30 days to cancel a contract that expires. But that's because VM doesn't make it clear and only mentions that if you cancel earlier than the expiring date you will be charge early disconnection fees.
