I have been trying for the last 7 days to give the monthly notice that I am planning to leave Virgin as I am moving houses and do not want to pay the £50 monthly this company is ripping me off for a rubbish internet connection and a phone line I have never used in the 2 years with this provider.
I have called Virgin everyday even though they advertise some of the call centre are still operating... but not the ones to make changes to accounts.
I was given a number about dealing with issues but they never got back to me.
I initially was paying £32 for the same service and was increased to £50 without any prior notice... not a single letter or email was sent to me.
I am leaving this property on the 7th and need to cancel this account.
Can someone please advice me on what to do. Desperated to get this sorted asap.
