Cancelling internet


Does anybody know how to cancel a Virgin Media account currently (in context Covid-19)? The phone line says the "moving house" team call centre is closed, and there is no online option for cancelling (only for moving house). I have had to move back to Australia from UK, therefore need to cancel only and do not want to keep paying for internet unnecessarily. I have tried phoning through to a different area and the online chat without success. To make matters worse, we moved house in September 2019 and asked to keep a rolling contract going (I have chat history evidence of confirmation of this), yet when I look at my contract online it says I have 12 month contract through to September 2020.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
