we are looking to cancel our contract with virgin at the moment as we are out of contract now, and our service hasn’t been great.
I have been trying to call a call center for 5 days now, everytime I call 150 it says the call centers are closed, and there are no options I can see to cancel or even chat to anyone online.
can anyone advise me as to how I can terminate my contact at this time please, I really don’t want to carry on using the service,
