I have tried desperately to contact someone at Virgin Media - by phone, by live chat, writing numerous complaints and I'm not getting anything back. I have told that I can cancel my contract before the price hikes in February and have been advised to contact Virgin Media - but how do I do that if no-one responds to you? What I foresee happening is the date to cancel will pass because Virgin Media don't want to reach out.
The customer service is just atrocious as I am going to report this to Trading Standards. You can't tell customers that they have this option then present them with no way to follow up on it. I am fed up of this ridiculous scenario whereby VM are happy to take my money but offer no customer service in return.
