Cancelling Virgin Media

Virgin media was supposed to be live 6 days ago, at best we’ve had 2 hours of service in any 24 hours. The lights on the box are incomprehensible, the colours and flashes don’t match what’s in the manual and the phone helpline doesn’t recognise the password I set up. We booked an engineer earlier in the week and the appointment was cancelled without any notice whatsoever. This service is garbage and I’m going to be cancelling it.
