Re: Cancelling TV preferences

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by "cancelling preferences"? If you mean you want to give notice to cancel your Virgin services, then you can call C/S on 150 and follow the options for "I'm thinking of leaving".

That'll put you through to a retentions agent who can assist. The agent may want to understand why you want to leave, and offer to resolve any issues, or you may want to stick to your guns and cancel. Decide what your preferred outcome is before the call, and stick to it.

If you are still within your minimum term, then you will be subject to early termination penalties.

It is very rarely a good idea to cancel your regular payments without at least informing any provider (VM Is no exception), and unless your contractual agreement is also cancelled, doing so will only lead to missed payments and more hassle down the line.
