Cancelling Confirmation

Hi,

I was just wondering how long it takes Virgin to confirm that they are cancelling your account?

I sent a letter two weeks ago with Royal Mail special delivery and had proof that it was delivered. (After reading the horror stories on here about trying to phone through and I haven't got the time for that at the moment.)

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Really sorry to hear that you have not had any confirmation from our cancellations team that they have placed your order.

 

We will need to look in to this further for you and make sure we have received the letter. We normally only process the cancellation order from the day we receive the letter not from when you post it.
