I cancelled sky sports on the 4th of March 2020 and was assured this didn't effect my contract as i was planning to cancel all my services. My 12 month contract expires on the 16th of May so the plan was to cancel everything then. When i log into my online management account now it states my new contract has started on the 4th of april. I don't want to be locked into another 12 months of my current package its expensive and i am not working. Have tried for a few hours to get through to speak to someone and that has proven futile. Could someone please contact me about this if its possible.
