Cancelled my contract

I cancelled my services on 23rd June 6 weeks before the end of my contract received an email to say “Thanks for making those changes” 

but heard nothing since I am on the basic tv package when will my services be switched off and how will I know

also when will I get a final bill

i have new provider for broadband and phone which is up and running

Sorry to hear you've decided to leave us, when cancelling we do require 30 days notice. If you gave this on the 23rd June your services would then be disconnected on the 23rd July. 

Finals bills are usually printed a few days later detailing any final payments/ credits.
