Cancelled flight and compensation ref VSCR-00330566

I emailed on the 10th of April over my cancelled flight from Barbados and the extra costs I incurred due to the fact that you landed me at Heathrow instead of Manchester, and old age pensioner travelling alone, who then had to get herself back to Lancashire. I have not received a word since the  acknowledgment on the 24th May from customer relations.

I have emailed a twice more and I have not received an acknowledgment or any information, surely I should have had some sort of reply by now 4 months down  the line.

Hello

I am afraid that this is for Virginmedia forum, it isn't the same company as Virgin Atlantic, Virginmedia has no relationship to the airline company of the same name, the name is leased from Virgin.
