Cancelled contract, no confirmation

Hi

My contract is due to expire on the 6th October, I called on the 6th of September and requested the 30 days for cancellation to be started.  I was told I would receive confirmation of this, I have yet to receive anything.

Would it be possible for someone to look at my account and confirm this is correct?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Sorry if no communication has been sent for the cancellation, from checking our service I can see that there has been a notice placed.

You may find during a disconnection notice that your billing period will still carry on as normal however once cancelled you will then receive your final bill.
