I cancelled in December giving the 30 day’s notice on the date advised. Paid my bill as requested. Have today received notice of another bill, this will not be paid as I have cancelled direct debit as not in UK till April. What happens now?
Thanks for posting. This sounds like it's your final bill, as we bill in advance. The bill maybe including dates after the disconnection has gone through. If so, we'll produce a final statement, refunding any overpayments via cheque refund.
