After 12 years I am leaving VM due to moving country. I have gone through the process of cancelling and have received my returns package. However, I have twice now confirmed that my cancellation is only from 30th September. Now I got an email saying if I dont return the equipment within next 9 days I may be charged for the router. I only want to return it on the 30th which is up to when I will be paying for the service. Can a VM support person please help me.
