I cancelled Virgin on 30th Jan and was told it would disconnect on 1st March.
I’ve received the email confirming the disconnection and paid what I was told on the phone would be my final bill (mid Feb), but I’ve just received another bill and the direct debit is still set up. I’m really concerned I’ll be charged and I really can’t afford the increase. I also haven’t received the pack to return the WiFi hub etc
Any advice? I don’t particularly want to call customer service as I waited 2 hours last time!
