How long after you cancel your package can you rejoin as a new customer as VM have no interest in changing current package so I have cancelled it

90 days mentioned here in a recent topic.

Some individual customers have reported successfully re-joining as a new customer after shorter periods but 90 days is the time I have seen mentioned most often on here.
