I called to cancel my broadband and calls package today. I presumed both would be with 30 days notice period. Attempting to use the landline this evening only to find no dialing tone.
I have checked with the fault finder and it reports nothing. My only conclusion is that the landline has been cut off immediately?
Could someone confirm if this is usual practise? I would hope not as vulnerable people rely on the landline.
I require the landline to be reinstated until my notice period expires on the 19th February, can an advisor please assist.
